1. Order Cutoff & Handling Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) — Monday through Friday.

  • Handling Time (Order Processing):

    • Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT (Mon–Fri) are processed and shipped the same business day (0 days).

    • Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day (1 day).

2. Shipping Coverage & Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories).

3. Transit Times & Delivery Options

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

4. Shipping Rates & Currency

  • All shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier speed.

  • All prices and shipping rates are charged in USD ($).

  • Total shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because we process orders rapidly to meet our same-day shipping policy, requests for changes or cancellations must be made immediately after placing the order. Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
