Description
Lexus Proximity Key 2013-2018
This smart proximity remote is designed to work exactly like your original Lexus key. It is built for push-to-start key systems and uses the specific AG Board (2020) circuitry, IC Number 1551A-14FBA, and A8 Transponder security. Whether you’ve lost your only set ("All Keys Lost") or just want to add a spare key for peace of mind, this proximity key restores every feature, from the keyless entry remote functions to the remote trunk release. Because these systems are highly secure, you will need a professional automotive locksmith to program the remote to your car.

Things to Know Before Buying
How do I know if I have the "AG Board"?
The easiest way to tell is to open your current keyless entry remote and look at the circuit board inside. It must have "AG" and "2020" printed on it. If your board says "G" or "0020", this proximity key won't work—even if the outside looks identical.
Can I program this myself?
No. Lexus smart proximity remote systems require a direct connection to the car's computer via the OBD2 port. A professional locksmith has the tools to sync the new push-to-start key to your car safely.
What arrives in the box?
You'll get the replacement key with a fresh CR2032 battery already inside, plus the uncut metal emergency blade. You just need to take it to a locksmith to have it cut and programmed.
⚠️ Check Your Board First
Lexus used two different boards for the same FCC ID. This smart proximity remote is for the AG Board only. Please double-check your original board's markings to make sure this is the right match for your vehicle.
